Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on the experience of the awakening of one's inner power by the process called “Self Realization.” This can occur in every human being, resulting in our inner transformation by which we become moral, united, integrated and balanced. The actualization of this transformation has been happening worldwide and has been experienced by millions of people in more than 130 countries. Sahaja Yoga was founded in the year 1970, by H. H Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. She discovered this process of giving en-masse Realization. Her selfless contribution towards the emancipation of mankind, Shri Mataji received numerous awards and recognitions from Governments of various countries and International Organizations like the United Nations.
We use various online platforms for these workshops and offer flexibility to the attendees to attend via Cisco Webex, MS Teams, ZOOM, Google Meet, FB, etc. Institutions even without an established platform could avail of such sessions. Sahaja Yoga has a pool of experts all over the country who are conducting these online workshops with the single aim of helping the society in these testing times.
